Tashkent, the ''City of Stone'' and the capital of Uzbekistan, is an ancient city that dates back to the
5th century BC city called Chach, though little remains from that time. Today, Tashkent is one of the
most modern cities in Central Asia, with a liberal attitude, an efficient infrastructure, a varied and
exciting nightlife, as well as bustling commerce and trade. In fact, Tashkent is the only city in Central
Asia with a metro system. The city is located in the north-east region of Uzbekistan, at the confluence
of the Chirchik River with its tributaries, between Shymkent and Samarkand. To the north of the city,
it is possible to see the mountains of Big and Small Chimgan. Tashkent has a continental climate,
with long dry summers, and short but cool winter. It is unfortunate that not much remains of
Tashkent's architectural heritage, as the city was greatly damaged and partially destroyed in the 1917
revolution, and the 1966 earthquake. However, the city is still rich with some 16th century
monuments, as well as numerous museums, vibrant traditional markets, and Soviet-era edifices.
Samarkand & Bukhara are beautiful cities of Uzbekistan with many historic and scenic places with
famous market place, mosques, madarasa, food and many more.
Itinerary
Day 1
Sunday, 24-12-2017
Hotel/Resort - Air Travel
Location - Tashkent
We all will meet at Delhi International Airport T3 Terminal by 7.00 pm and will proceed towards our
fantastic destination by flight to Tashkent - capital of Uzbekistan. Ours is overnight flight which will
reach at Tashkent by very early morning.
Day 2
Monday, 25-12-2017
Hotel/Resort - Hotel at Tashkent
Location - Tashkent
Once our flight lands in Tashkent, we will proceed to our hotel. Check-in to hotel with and relax till
the Breakfast. Later on get ready for a glimpse of Tashkent in your evening city tour.
We take you to visit Independence Square, Broadway streets with artist and souvenirs, Amir Temur
Square, and Victory Monument. Also will go to Lal Bahadur Shastri Memorial and Statue, Memorial
of Repressions with the traditional Ornaments, Monument of Courage, Russian Catholic Church and
Tashkent TV Tower (from the outside) with Fountains in this tour.
In the evening we will take you to an Indian restaurant for a Gala dinner with snacks, free flow of
soft drinks and local Vodka and a Dance program.
Post dinner, we will transfer you to your hotel for an overnight stay at Tashkent.
Day 3
Tuesday, 26-12-2017
Hotel/Resort - Hotel at Tashkent
Location - Tashkent
Enjoy a lavish buffet breakfast at hotel’s coffee shop and proceed for a 3 hours scenic drive to
Chimgan Mountains and Charvak Lake. Once you reach the mountains we will take you on a 30
minutes Chair Lift ride to reach the top of the mountain (Subject to operation on the day of the visit).
After you take in the magnificent Chimgan Mountains, proceed towards an Indian restaurant for
Uzbek-Indian buffet. Post lunch, walk down to the beautiful Charvak Lake.
In the evening we will take you back to the city to an Indian restaurant for a Gala dinner with snacks,
free flow of soft drinks and local vodka, beer and a dance program.
Post dinner, we will transfer you to your hotel for an overnight stay at Tashkent.
Day 4
Wednesday, 27-12-2017
Hotel/Resort - Hotel at Bhukhara
Location - Bhukhara
After early breakfast we will leave to explore one more fantastic destination “Bukhara”. We will
travel with one of the trilling experience of “Bullet Train’ which runs at 250 km per hour. On arrival
at Bukhara we will immediately proceed to visit Lyabi-Khaunz Ensemble, Magoki Attori Mosque,
Chor Minor, Trade Domes, Kalyan Minaret, Miri Arab madarasha, Ulubeg and Abdul Aziz Khan
and Abdul Aziz Khan madarasha, Ark Fortress, Bolo Khaunz Mosque, Bolo Khaunz Mosque, Ismail
Samani and Chashma Ayub mausoleums. We will have our Lunch on the way.
Arrival at hotel by evening and after dinner overnight stay at Bhukhara.
Day 5
Thursday, 28-12-20178
Hotel/Resort - Lavendish Beach Resort or similar
Location - Kandy to Mirrisa / Unawatuna
After early buffet breakfast we will leave to explore one more beautiful destination “Samarkand”.
Today also we will travel through Bullet Train.
On arrival at Samarkand we will visit world famous Registon Square along with Central Asia’s
biggest Mosques, Madarsha and Mausoleums. You will also enjoy the visit of ‘Boulevard’ & ‘Lion’
street. Later on we will go to local restaurant to have Uzbek traditional cuisine. After lunch we will
continue our city tour and then famous Siyab market for some shopping which is a must visit place
at Samarkand.
Then, we will proceed towards Tashkent via Bullet Train – Tea & some light snacks will be served
in train.
Arrival al Tashkent and proceed to cocktail Gala Dinner with soft drinks, Beer, Vodka with music
and belly dance. Later on, move to hotel and stay for the day at Tashkent.
Day 6
Friday, 29-12-2017
Hotel/Resort - Oak Ray Lake Resort or Elephant Reach or similar
Location - Mirrisa to Yala
Enjoy the buffet breakfast in the morning. In the afternoon, check-out from hotel, and proceed
towards an Indian restaurant for lunch.
Post lunch we will take you to Alay market and Tsum Mall for shopping, post which we shall
transfer to the airport to catch our flight back to Delhi. Flight will reach Delhi by 2.45 am 30.12.2017.
